Return/Refund Policy

As a Task Force Expedition (“TFE”) supporter, your complete satisfaction is our goal. All donations, orders for membership dues, or raffle entries are final and we cannot issue refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your donation, membership, or raffle transaction, please contact us by email at info@taskforceexpedition.com. Merchandise can be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. TFE does not cover the cost of return shipping or insurance.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be billed for the cost of reshipping unless the exchange was due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of merchandise orders. ASA will ship via the most economical method. Please contact TFE at info@taskforceexpedition.com if you have not received your order within the time allowed. We appreciate your support and we try to ship items as quickly as possible once your order is received.

Payment Policy

TFE currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express transactions. All payments are made in US Dollars (USD). If we are unable to process your credit card, please review the transaction to ensure you entered the correct card information, including the proper name, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. Please contact your credit card company with any further questions.
